Via this menu i'm able install the MFC-J5730DW scanner device but once installed nothing else happens, I cannot connect or scan. ![]() When I run the following command "control sticpl.cpl", I can display the current Scan devices or install/configure additional ones. I recently upgraded my PC to Windows 11 but unfortunately the driver for the MFC-J5730DW has not been updated since the year 2019 (current and latest version is 3.3.0).Īs a result, the WIA/TWAIN driver ( version: 1.0.39.1) to scan via LAN network no longer works under the new Windows 11 OS.
